I do not believe one would say anything in front of doctor. I mean most people that introduce themselves say doctor regardless if they are an eye, foot, skin, bone, brin, whatever doctor.

I also believe that doctors who perform abortions do other doctorly things besides that.

Plus These must be older kids, since most young kids don't even knoe there is a seperation of doctors, let alone what an abortion is, and in middle/high school teachers don't ask thoes kinds of silly questions.
