You know what?....that's a great point. I don't hire people, but I work with lots of individual companies (subcontractors), of whom I know the owners quite well. I simply do not work with ANYONE unless I know they have a good moral character. If I meet someone and I hear him using the f-word every 2 seconds...he's out. I don't care how low his price is. If someone doesn't have respect to treat or talk to others like he would want to be treated or talked to...he's out. If someone doesn't do his job like the Lord is watching over his shoulder...he's out. Life's too short to work with selfish people....and they stick out like a sore thumb.
