The Baby Who Can't Eat

Hi people! I've got a 13 month old baby girl who was born with beautiful soft skin - like most babies - but when she turned abt 2 months old, she started scratching a lot and crying all night and day due to the itching. The doc/homeopath diagnosed her to have atopic dermatits and gave her a treatment that worked for like a month. After 3 months, i changed homeopaths and then he gave her some medicine that she's been on for 3 months again...almost four now. I just got a new set that is supposed to be different from the last. Her skin is almost as bad as when we started treatment (with the exception of the oozing stuff, thanl God that's gone!) but her itching is bad if not worse since she's growing up and exploring new ways of finding the skin underneath her clothes to scratch till it bleeds.
Now the problem isn't just this bad. At 13 months, she's still totally on mommy's breast milk, no formula or supplements, no solid foods (she seems allergic to everything except chicken and if she'd accept, apple!) no baby cereal of any kind whether home made or artificial. We live in Saudi Arabia and it's pretty hot over here. I guess her allergies are kind of genetic as her paternal uncle has them too, except not to the point where he can't eat or anything, and he's got a bad case of eczema too. In any case, does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do for the poor thing? She really wants to eat when she sees us but ends up throwing everything out of her system. I've been waiting for her to outgrow it but now it's been 4 months since she gained any weight at all and it's worrying. I don;t know where to find a naturopath around here and most allopathic docs don't have a clue as to what to do except experiment on her - i don't want to take any risks with her. I am pretty sure that her eczema is related to her allergies. I steer clear of eating things that cause an obviously violent reaction in her myself ,like beef and peanuts, but leaving out milk and other dairy products hasn't shown any kind of change regardless of whether or not i take them (she, of course, can't). I tried going on some kind of cabbage soup detox diet somebody told me abt but after the second day she had gotten so bad that i wondered if i should detox while i'm nursing her at all as the toxins might be transfered into her body via the milk, hence the reaction i think?
We don't have hardly any preservtives and weird stuff in our food by western standards i guess but this problem with fertilizers and stuff is spreading fast
Anyway, now i need to start getting ready to wean her....anyone has any idea what i can do to rid her of her eczema and allergies, since she's only a baby? Also, i heard that redbush tea is good for this...anyone heard abt this? Any experience?
Thanx loadz in advance. I'm at my wit's end really and am seeking any sincere advice...and putting my trust in God to guide me thru to whatever's best for her.
