Well the REAL answer here is....each state SHOULD be allowed to govern itself and make its own laws. Abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution, thus the PEOPLE'S voice should be heard. As such, if someone plans on having an abortion then maybe they should move to a pro-choice state. (there will be plenty to choose from.) If Roe is overturned, it will simply put the Abortion Debate on a state level.
Politically speaking, though, I think pro-life Republicans are on shaky ground on this because they are outlawing ALL abortion, with no mention or exceptions for rape or incest. I think this will be tough for moderate pro-lifers to swallow. I think this legislation is a bold move, but I hope it's not biting off more than it can chew.
