What is the best kegel excersizer?

I would really like to have some opinions on what kegel excersizer works the absolute best! Outside of regular kegels the only one I've tried is a vaginal stimulation therapy device prescribed by my Dr. I'm not seeing as positive results as I'd like from this thing. I've heard of some that really do work, but just don't know if and what to try...please help!!!
