Yes, I have a male friend who is currently experiencing the same problem. In his case, he has had these 'pimples' come and go on his perineum for several years...but recently he erupted in a cluster of them and also has a hard small-egg lump underneath the skin. He went to the doctor and she told him she has seen this many times...gave him Antibiotics and told him that it would have to be lanced if the Antibiotics did not take care of it. I also suggested that he do Epsom Salts sitz baths and apply black salve which is supposed to draw out impurities and infection. So far, the 'pimple cluster' is much better, but the hard lump still remains. He has realized that these always appeared when he was feeling quite toxic...and also when he had been riding his bike more.

I would definitely do the sitz baths and look into various internal cleanses as well...to reduce your toxin load. Tweet
