Re: skin rash

Hello,

You are right to question the quality of nutrient supplements. You want to look for natural or organic vitamin/mineral supplements that come from whole foods/herbs. You don't want synthetic copies. A multivitamin in liquid form is preferable because the liquid forms absorb faster and assimilate more completely throughout the body. I can recommend two brands to consider. They are Natural LiquiMax by YourLife and Miracle 2000 (total body nutrition) by Century Systems. They come in 32fl. oz. bottles for a month's supply.

Keep in mind however, that the best means of getting these nutrients are through a diet rich in the foods that provide these essential nutrients. The site that I referred you to in my earlier post will help you in that regard.

Regarding the night's sleep without scratching, try the chamomile tea before bedtime. It has natural anti-inflammatory/anti-histamine properties which in turn give it anti-itch properties. Traditional Medicinals is a brand of tea found at Whole Foods that produces the chamomile tea.

Keep us posted regarding the outcome and during the process to heal if you need further assistance
