There is no such case. There is no such story and there is no justification for taking an inoccent life. In reality, what would have been a choice between baby and mother 100 years ago, today, just isn't. Medicine is not so ancient! We can deliver a baby as early or earlier then 22 weeks. We have no right to say one life is worth more then an other. We just do our best to help our fellow man.
