Make sure if you start to begin 1 hour after sunrise or one hour begore sunset. Begin with 10 seconds and increase 10 seconds per day. If you miss a day because of weather etc... take off go back 10 seconds per day. Barefoot sungazing is best. It has been overcast for weeks here. I was at 6 minutes but I am back to 4 minutes. Drink lots of sun purified water as well/ I hope SG'ing is a wonderful experience for you. Let us know how it goes.
