water fast with crystal light

since i started fruit/juice/water fasting this recent time, i've lost about 15 pounds and have kept it off (woo hoo!!) for the past month or so.

i'm eager to begin again, but am having difficulty...i've tried starting with fruit but it hasn't been going well.

what did we all say about fasting with water adding the cystal light to it? i know about health benefits yada yada - but i'm fasting for weight loss!!!
