I post very occasionally and I'm an avid lurker of the Board. I am very grateful to all of you for sharing your experiences while fasting.
I usually break with whole fruits, but I was wondering if anyone has ever tried breaking with Kombucha tea? I found someone on Chet Day who fasted on juices and kombucha tea, but not breaking with it. I thought it might be a good way to re-introduce probiotics into my intestine. My Natren probiotics require a fat to be digested with it so I don't plan on doing that until Day 3.
