Well, another thing that must be considered is that on a fast, you lose lean tissue (muscle) as well as body fat (especially on a water fast). This means that those 20 pounds are not 20 pounds of fat, so even though you are 20 pounds lighter, you might be a bit fatter than you were the last time you were the same weight.
