Wow... that was a bit extreme of a response, don't'cha think?
That said, don't take Tylenol PM as a sleep aid if you don't need the acetaminophen for pain. Acetaminophen IS taxing on the liver and kidneys (though a dose here and there will not send you running to dialysis, for heavens' sakes!), and shouldn't be taken unless you need it. I also have serious trouble with insomnia, and no tea or hot milk or other "natural" remedy is of assistance. I personally like melatonin, and it works as well as any sleeping pill I've ever taken. It's a dietary supplement, you can find it in the vitamin aisle. Good luck!
