Three days of juice fasting is a great start for a beginner and is great for weight loss and cleansing! From personal experience I've found that its best to hold off Water Fasting until after you've been on a clean diet for a while, but juice fasting is great for anyone. A healthy Diet with a BIG emphasis on fresh fruits and veggies plus short juice fasts for up to a week is a very effective way of losing weight and getting healthy! I think it might be best to spend a little more reading about fasting if you just learned about it today though. Its very important that you start and end the fast properly and its also very helpful to read many other peoples experiences before you attempt it yourself.
