One useful tool is the BMI (Body Mass Index). There is a mathematical computation that takes your weight and height as input and gives a number (the BMI). Normal weight is when the BMI is between 18.5 and 25.0.

I checked on this website: http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and it seems that the normal weight bracket for your height is: 118 lbs - 159 lbs, so roughly 139 would be smack in the middle.
