As a person who has suffered from Depression off and on throughout my life, I agree with what you say about Sugar having a role in that and actually that book "Sugar Blues" talks about how Sugar has a role in so many illnesses and diseases.
But it's true, it's so annoying how much Sugar is everywhere!

Thanks so much for the encouragement. This forum is so great for that. I really feel like I have the strength to make it.
I'm going to continue eating for shorter and shorter periods of time and drinking more and more water until I'm down to just water (which should be a lot easier I think because I will be deeper and deeper in ketosis) and then ramp up the eating little by little.
