do you think that taking a b vitamin complex to help deal with stress would help with that stress area weight gain?
i know i freak out about vitamins all the time. but those i see and feel a difference. mine finally kicked in again this afternoon. now i know why i was feeling so stressy. i needed them. they actually make your brain produce seratonin. so they make you feel good. ridding the stress that makes that stress fat AND help you burn fat.
donkey kicks and leg lifts really kill the hip/butt fat. pilates too. i got the pilates (windsor) off ebay for super cheap.
also build up your sholders just a bit. it makes a difference. and i am not talking hulk hogan-ing out. haa haa. just a little bit.
