Generally after you're done with sheding your water that was tied to glycogen (which happens in the 2nd or 3rd day) you will start to lose about a HALF pound a day. I don't know how good your scale is but you might not notice a half a pound. Every day you burn around 1400-1600 calories (if you're a female) and a pound of fat is around 3600 calories. So...it's not unjustified to say that you might only be using a 1/3 pound of fat a day...and if you're drinking a lot of sugary juice it would go down even more from there. But...do not fret...losing a 1/3 pound a day is good...it takes a lot of extra calories to store that amount. I am also on day 3 today but and I hope you have the courage and faith to stick to it.
