20 day Fast on to day 2

Hey just checking in! Looking for my buddy! SO day 1 went very smoothly and Day 2 has been very smooth so far as well. I'm down -3 lbs. My sw for this fast was 150 and cw 147. My orginal starting weight was 160 but through on/off fasting each new start weight gets lower and lower so I guess thats a good thing. Still got alot of work to do! I'm fasting through til July 8th.
