Strong smelling urine could be a long standing urinary infection or infection of the bladder or sometimes loss of protein in the urine. A complete urine examination, culture of the urine would reveal the same and on those lines a proper remedy can be suggested. Sometimes the infection is latent and gives out in small symptoms like this when the general immunity is a little down.
