I'm so disappointed. I've been doing The Master Cleanse for 3 days. My 4th morning (this morn) I weighed and I was the very same from when I started. Uuugh! It took so much for me to just go those three days too. So I caved and had a BLT sandwich about an hour ago. My wedding is in 16 days....I really need this -10 to -15lbs.
For example, yesterday I woke up around 10am. I lollygaged around and did my salt water flush around 11am. I then had a cup of yogi tea called fasting and about 60 ozs of the lemonade during the course of the day. I did not drink extra water as I was running around in my car doing errands. I took a run for 20 minutes when I got home at the end of the day. I also had another cup of the yogi tea around dinnertime and two dry martinis.
Is the alcohol that big of a deal? I'm really not sure how all this works, so please pardon my ignorance. Any advice is most appreciated. I've gotta start again tomorrow, right?
