no. you may not even fit in a size 2-4. even women that are super skinny cant fit thier bones into a size 2-4.
a size is about 10 pounds. so you would have to lose at least 40 pounds. and that is not happening in any way unless you sneak off for lipo somewhere. :)
i suggest doing short fasts with eating raw foods inbetween. that way you can burn fat in your fasts and on eating days you can work out to tone up your hips. i think you could easly make it into a size 6 that looks great doing it that way.
