LOL... well I'd have to say about zero for me but I guess about a week later there was a tremendous drop of like 10 lbs. From what I read its because when the body is losing fat it immediately replaces it with water and we all know how much water weighs. Therefore it wouldn't be much difference in the scale numbers. However once the body decides to release this excess water through (bathroom) than you will be surprised at the sudden weight loss that looks like a day but was little by little each day. People that drink more water may notice results on scale numbers faster due to less water retention. But the fact remains if you are eating extremely low calories per day or none at all the body has no choice but to burn your stored FAT! Its Science and biology so forget the EVIL SCALE. Check your weight weekly you will be much happier. Thats what I started doing, because the same numbers was making me lose some motivation and drive to keep going. So I decided to give up *with scale, not partial fasting* then after about 5 or 6 days I got on the scale to see I lost like 5LBS!!! Don't stress yourself too much our bodies are very very complex! Hang in there you'll do juuuuuust fine! :o)
