Thanks. The reason I am trying to NOT get on that nasty scale is because it will flunulate to much over the course of my fast, and that will frustrate me and I might cave in.lol So, I feel it is better for me NOT to look at the numbers (which is very hard for me, harder I think then the water fast.lol)
My stats when I started were ht 5'3 weight 191, my goal weight is in the 120's however I am not going to lose all of that on a fast. I am hoping to drop 20-30 pounds on fasting. I will do a Water Fast for two weeks if I can, then I have a party I have to attend where I will eat, then I will go back to a fast, after that I'll go into a food diet.
