Wow my starting weight was 208!!!!! crazy huh? my goal weight is 168lbs... im currently at 192 lbs.
I did water for the first 2-3 days.. and im on day 12 now and have implemented juices day 4-and on. Either Fruit or veggies... sometimes my homemade veggie broth.
So your detoxing maybe a bit slower... and you will though lose 1-3lbs a day on average in the beginning days and then it slows even on water. of course all of our bodies are so different.
Anyways your doing great.. implementing juices will not hinder your progress. if you notice that your not losing weight and its not just a plateau state just cut back on your juicing. I only juice either when i want to give in or im feeling "hungry" i have juice 1-3x's a day depending.
You will do great!
Jamba Juice .. i see it around here sometimes but never went before.. What is the fiber induced drink that you had?? id like to try as i always have digestive problems.
