lol both days what I ate wasnt' good. I was putting together my daughters lunch and I got a hold of her oreos. Ate two. Then I at a jam sandwich. I was really craving bread. The second day it was dinner I ate a very small supper. Half a small porkchop, carrots, and a little pasta. lol thats why I was so shocked I still lost. But I guess still with that food my total what I ate was still way below what I was eating before. So I should still lose just not as much.
Got to get a grip on today and get past suppertime and evening.
