i know this. if you continue to not have a period it can be from low body fat. when i was vegan and 115 (eating like a pig mind you) i had no body fat. it was around 6% i skipped months a lot. i was totally healthy.just super lean and vegan. long time veggies sometimes wont get periods very often. kinda motivates you to step away from the steak. haa haa
