WoW Skinnie very well said! I'm glad that I checked in from my vacation! I'm still sticking to my partial fast and have been working out like crazy with the great machines at my hotel and I was walking all around busch gardens today from about 10:30am until 8:00 pm. Than I came back to the hotel and worked out! You all sound great! I'm very happy! :o)
