I agree, choose something healthly...my husband's view would be the same to say that's all you are eating, usually you could eat a cow, which I could:)
Funny tonight I am having fish and veggies as well, (Squash) whats so neat I can eat the whole bag of squash without extra calories because they are so low in them. I Love this veggie thing, I eat so much of it til I'm full. Yesterday I couldn't finish my green beans and gave it to my daughter. But the raw spinach I put on my egg sandwich yesterday I did eat ALL man that was a good sandwich!
Another day, let's make wise choices thats the beginning of eating healthly:)
