Hello Hello;
Okay so today is day 1. I should have picked a better day ( not Mother's day) but I did and I'm sticking with it. I measured my whole body today and when I take them again after 10 lbs I guess I will post them and see if there were any losses. I am starting with the Master-Cleanse for the first 2-3 days and then switching to water and green tea. If I feel naucious I'm just going to squeeze a few tablsspoons of lemon in my water. I will also start exercising 20 minutes walking 20 minues pilates after day 5.
