this is on a small scale but in my first fast i've lost 12 pounds and as far as what I would consider to be "transforming"? well i have noticed that my cellulite is gone, especially from my butt and thighs. I've read and now learned that Water Fasting is great for cellulite - I didn't have that much and am not really overweight, but I had enough to notice that it's gone now. Other than that, I guess transforming would just apply to weight loss, which naturally happens on a water fast.
