If you plan to continue exercising, you probably would do better doing either the Master-Cleanse or a juice fast. This would give your body the nutritional support you need. You would probably lose as much or more weight overall, because your body would not go into starvation mode and your metabolism stays up more than on a water fast. This traditionally means more sustained weight loss.
