Sorry about the late response. I typically lose the strong cravings within a week. Head hunger/mental cravings seem to take a little longer for me. Unfortunately, just seeing ice cream, cheese, or roasted sunflower seeds (in the shell) would set off a major craving, no matter how long I've been eating healthy or fasting. I hope after 6 months to a year, they may not bother me anymore, but we'll see...
