My fast is going well so far. I've only had water and im around 12 hours into it. I dont even feel like im on a fast yet, so i guess that's good. I'll probably have some unsweetened tea later. My plan for today is to take my dog rollerblading for an hour, study a little to keep my mind focused and off of hunger pains (if i get them). Day 1 is usually really easy for me. Day 2, 3, and 4 are usually the hardest. If i get over those im usually good. it's once i start seeing and feeling results that keeps me motivated. I usually can see results pretty quickly.
