hey e.
i was thinkin the same thing after i started drinking a club soda today, the label says its got sodium in it, isn't that something the body's trying to get rid of? but personally i think flavoured water should be a no-no too since its not 'water' i mean its got stuff added to it. i read off a few sites that you shouldn't even be considering tap water...
but i'm completely confused too....hope someone can post an update!
