Thanks for the post! I'd love to post daily and we can encourage each other! Great job losing 10 pounds all ready; especially with your low starting weight... I'm over 200, and hoping to get back under soon... I was maintaining at about 225 after my last MC, but was back up to 243.5 when I started. I can't believe how I let myself go. I tend to do that when I go back on my pain meds; this time I'm going to keep my eating under better control. No more feeling sorry for myself!
I'm committed to 14 days of liquid. Primarily the MC, although I do sometimes shake it up with a day of juice fasting. We are leaving on our anniversary trip on March 10th (17 years!!!) and I want to be back to eating salads and Vita-Mix soups by then.
