Normal lab values

Does anyone know what the normal lab values are for LH and FSH? The nurse from my doctors office called and said my tests were normal, that my levels are menopausal. I asked what my actual scores were and she said LH was 28.3 and FSH was 68.9. I can't find lab values for these hormones on the internet. I want to know where in the range I am . . . just barely menopausal, so menopausal I need hormone supplements? Does anyone know the normal ranges or where tofind them on the net?
