Everyone ready for Monday Day 1?

how was everyones xmas? Mine was very low key. We didnt have a huge feast, just spring rolls. I didn't start my fast over the weekend, but ate really healthy. This is my first xmas back in 4 years. Couldn't take being locked up in my room while my family eats a xmas dinner. I'm really stoked for starting the fast on Monday. hope there will be lots of support and motivation!Will post stats tomorrow. Tweet
