Re: Salt water flush

Apparently there is some chemical weight in the uniodized Sea Salt that is the same as blood. Therefore, the Sea Salt doesn't get absorbed by the body which is what allows it to flush out your system. Regular salt won't work because it will be absorbed by the body and it'll seem like you just ate/drank a lot of salty stuff (which you would have). I think you'd be fine with a tea like smooth move which can be found in most grocery stores in their health food section.
