hey everyone, i have been struggling with trying to find myself through fasting, thinking by losing some weight will help me feel better, but it doesnt.im actually more unhappy now that ive lost weight then i was in the beginning. i am going to stop fasting for a while. I am strong enough to fast but honestly the time isnt right for me. Im going to concentrat on going to the gym and being happy. hope everyone suceeds in thier dreams ill be around on the bored
