lol, me too as well! ive been on and off fasting for about a month and a half and even tho ive had my ups and downs i finally got over the plateau i was stuck at while eating healthy..which was 158..i was stuck there for a LONG TIME, and i exercised a lot and ate right...fasting got me down to 139 (which i gained a few back) and i went from a size 12 to a size 8 very quick...youll start seeing major results in a week or two. it really works, if you stick to it, and diet healthy afterwards! and youll want to do it more often because of how good it makes u feel! im at day 3 as well, and weighed in at 142! *jumps for joy*
