cool!! i want to join!!! ive had such a hard time trying to START over, but im definitely going to stick thru it this time! I HAVE TO! my starting weight is 148 ( i think some of it is water) unless i gained 10 lbs in 5 days..but my goal weight is 130 by December 7th...is that possible?? are you guys only doing water? I drank some fat free milk mixed with water around 3 am last night..will that ruin my progress? so far ive only had water..and i plan to stick to it for AT LEAST 20 days..mixing with juice if i need it..but i need to do this, im tired of saying "ill start tomorrow!" no excuses!!!
