i totally cant fast on PMS

so i totally broke my fast.
ugh...i am having the worst bout of pms.
and to top it off f**king verizon (phone) company contacted me today in reguards to a bill that i have been trying to fix since 2003. i almost want to say f**k it and say just stick the damn think up thier ass or on the credit report because at this point i could give a flying f**k.

they are trying to charge me for 400$ of phone service i didnt even use or have.
its now down to 250$ but even that is too much.

i have cramps and i am going to go out and have some wings and jack and cokes tonight so i dont kill someone.
