i want to do another water fast tomorrow

my s.o. made me eat on my last one. i finished the 24 hours. even though i could of went longer.

he just like...just do the atkins!!
i think its because when i fast i dont cook or something.
i dunno...maybe i wouldnt feel compelled to fast like this if i started my g.d. period already and lost this rock gut bloat i have going on.
somtimes i think this will be as low as i can go. (140-145)

ughhhhh and i am so emotional. up and down.....
maybe i shoudl just crawl into bed with a bag of cookies and a soda instead.
ahhh if only i could do that. i know the guilt would make it taste like crap anyway though.

tomorrow i may do another fast and try to do some pilates.
i just got a space heater so the apt isnt all chilly. i CAN NOT exercise when its cold.

yeh tomorrow i am going to do a 24 hour fast.
i will just pretend i am sick.

going to take a senna tea tonight.
