well, if i where you, and knowing too well the struggle of the first days, i'd defenetely stick to water and pass on juices as soon as i'll be over with the fast, feeling it and when i'd like to make a slow translation to eating again.
this is my point of view, and more than that, if you feel like eating, chewing, if you start with some juice, i guess you might have a juice and stratight after a salad and....who knows what else!....
