Kind of end of day 3
Hi! =)
I'm the poster that wanted to lose 10lbs in 2 days. Well, that didn't happen, I lost 6lbs, which I was still quite happy about. It was a strict water only fast, but I didn't exercise as I had planned to, so I guess it's not bad. I also weighted myself this evening(day 3)and had lost an additional 2lbs (8lbs total). Well, a few hours ago, I broke it (bad bad bad I know!), I had a little bit to eat. I didn't binge of even eat to the point of being full, I consumed no more than 500cals tops. Of course, I'm restarting again (strictly on water), but I'm wondering if you guys think this well set me back a great deal? I'm going to hit the treadmill in a bit, and will try to do a salt water flush in the morning ( I REALLY hate them, so I might change my mind.). I'm a little nervous, I'd really hate to gain weight after these almost 3 days. ::sigh::
