I have a cold and am not able to workout. But besides that I feel pretty good. I am down 20 lbs as of this mornings weigh in. One thing I notice is that I am cold - very cold all the time. I am sure it is the fasting.
I hope everyone else is on track and if you aren't get going. Once you get into it is really a breeze.
