It's Day 8. I'm gung ho happy right now. I hope I can get to 140 by this weekend but wishful thinking I know. I just want to keep enjoying my success. I did this before and my weight stalled in the mid 160's. I'm doing the same thing this time around and I'm losing at a much faster rate which is confusing. Last time my weight loss dwindled down to losing 1 pound every three days if that after the rapid weight loss in the beginning. I am so determined to this but I was this determined last time. I'm not going to think about it much and just enjoy my weight loss. I want to be 130's soon. It's 6 pounds away!!!! Only bad thing is I having a pain in my stomach. I'm wondering if this is the elusive "hunger pains" if it is BRING IT ON. I can pass this.
