Re: Propel Fitness Water
This is obviously a complete advertisement. Propel IS NOT good for the body, neither is it a "new product". Propel contains
Aspartame which causes cancer in labratory rats and has been linked to many diseases and illnesses (in HUMANS).
Aspartame also causes the body to crave sugar. If you just google disease linked with aspartame, you'll find a listing of the various problems
Aspartame causes and/or worstens. If you're looking for a
Sugar substitute, don't go for the artificial sweeteners. They are toxic to the body. I use stevia, which is a calorie-free herbal sweetener, actually good for the body. Stevia tastes just fine in coffee, tea or any other drinks. I don't think you can bake with it, but especially in beverages, it is a viable alternative to aspartame and other artificial sweeteners. I have been sick myself for quite some time and in the past, consumed aspartame. I believe that aspartame contributed to many of the aliements I now suffer with. I just wanted to caution everyone that artificial sweeteners are poison to the body. Here are some of the different diseases/illnesses that aspartame is linked to: you can look it up for yourself if you like.
(1) A few of the 90 different documented symptoms listed in the report as being caused by aspartame include:
Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.
(2) Brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome, parkinson's disease, alzheimer's, mental retardation, lymphoma, birth defects, fibromyalgia, and diabetes.
Good luck everyone. Wishing health and happiness to all.
