2 days and 6 pounds later

I feel fanschmabulous! <3 A titch fatigued, but I'll blame work lol. I know I shouldn't celebrate anyting under the ten pound mark because that whole first ten is water weight, but I can't help being ecstatic! After all the crapy diets I've done, I'm finally doing something right for my body that brings near instant gratification.

Though I'm curious if I should still be counting calories, because I do. I only drink when I'm hungry or thirsty, and being only juice, broth and water I know that my daily caloric intake is well below what any sane nutritionist would accept. Should I not worry about the numbers for now? And going along with my cal intake being so low, how many hours a day do I have to exercise to burn a pound off? I never was very good at figuring these things out, and the calorie calculator I use doesn't do the whole equation including what you consume, just what you weigh.

Well, cheers to us all on our weightloss goals!
